Garems Ltd When you place an order with Garems Ltd, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Garems Ltd disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Garems Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Garems Ltd is not responsible for this site's accuracy or the reliability of the access to this site. Neither will we assume responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which this site has links. These links are provided for your convenience only.

Garems Ltd aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. If the price changes between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Garems Ltd and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server.

Garems Ltd reserve the right to make changes to this website and these terms at any time. These conditions are governed and construed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Any complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Garems Ltd for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Warranty

All sales are undertaken by the customer with the understanding that all warranties are back to base.

i.e. if a fault occurs under warranty then it must be returned to Garems depot at the customers expense for repair work to be undertaken.

Once undertaken the goods can be collected or returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Garems Ltd can arrange for the goods to be collected if desired at the customers cost.

Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials only. If when returned, goods are not covered under warranty the cost of repair, or replacement will be billed to the customer.

Alternatively, many local dealers who hold the same franchise may wish to carry warranty work

If at anytime you wish to update the personal information held by Garems Ltd please e-mail changes@garems.co.uk and we will be happy to make any changes you require.
